Huobi Global announced that it has partnered up with Settlepay to launch a new fiat-to-crypto gateway for Ukrainian users, allowing them to easily buy digital assets with the local currency Hryvnia (UAH) in real time via bank card deposits.
Lately, we have seen a steady increase in new users signing up to Huobi Global across Ukraine, as cryptocurrencies enjoy more mainstream exposure.
By introducing this new fiat-to-crypto gateway, we hope to offer local users a swift method to purchase their crypto assets. This will help support our ambition to make trading crypto assets an enjoyable and secure experience for everyone.

Users in Ukraine will be able to access Huobi Global’s Quick Buy/Sell service upon launching. Alternatively, they can also buy digital assets via AdvCash wallet deposits and peer-to-peer transactions. In the meantime, users that deposit UAH using a bank card or buy assets with UAH balances will exempted from any transactional fees.
Huobi Global previously announced that it will be shutting down the accounts of all Singaporean users by March 31, 2022 in order to comply with local regulations.
