Global entertainment studio and platform, Leveller Media, has recently launched a Digital Security Offering where creators have free access to financing while also allowing viewers to become active investors.
Initially, the platform will only allow crowdfunding of projects before offering NFT (non-fungible token) and DAO capability next — placing Leveller at the forefront of Web3 Entertainment.
Investors that participated in the Leveller offering can expect to receive a pro rata equity stake in Leveller, as well as pro rata revenue participation in the first three films under production.

For a minimum of $10,000, accredited investors are able to access the offering through the Securitize platform throughout North America. The offering is also open to investors in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Oceania as long as they meet their national qualifications.
Non-accredited investors may still be able to get involved, albeit limited when compared to accredited investors, via a Reg CF on the WeFunder platform for at least $100.
