Backed by Skoopmedia, Bitsonic Exchange is a well-known Korean cryptocurrency trading platform and service provider. Launched in 2018, Bitsonic quickly rose to become one of the most popular exchanges in Korea. With the ambition of expanding its operations to foreign countries in 2020, Bitsonic is planning to make their foray into Vietnam next.
In early November 2019, Bitsonic conducted its PR activities in Vietnam with advertising pages on Facebook, Medium, Twitter and Telegram. They also held private meetup events in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh on November 15 and 17. All preparations seem to be ready for the official exchange to be launched in the first quarter of 2020.
Meanwhile, world-class digital asset exchange FinanceX’s Vietnam office has signed an exclusive partnership with Bananatok from South Korea. FinanceX has listed BananaTok (BNA) and the trading pair: BNA/VND has been available in Vietnam since October 8 this year.
BananaTok is a blockchain-based social networking service (SNS) developed by Biyong, a well-known blockchain company in China with a famous coffee chain system – Zoo Coffee.
Vietnam is proving to be a potential market in the crypto industry and also an ideal destination for enterprises with ambitions to scale up their crypto-related businesses in Southeast Asia.
